We operate an e-commerce platform consisting of a website and mobile application (the "Marketplace"), together with supporting IT, logistics and payment infrastructure, for the sale and purchase of consumer products and services in Kenya.

In compliance with applicable conditions of use, Cinab gathers and uses personal data throughout the installation and use of the Cinab Driver App, as well as during the registration, onboarding and service delivery processes.

Please be aware that using the Cinab Driver Platform typically requires the processing of geographic location data. By using our websites, applications and services, you agree that we may process your personal data in compliance with this policy.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data from drivers:

• Identity & Contact

  Name, phone number, email address, driver's licence, vehicle number plate, and ID card — collected upon app installation and registration.

• Geographic Location

  Location data from where you access and use the app, including pickup and destination points required to deliver the service.

• Ban or Suspension Records

  If we ban or suspend you from use of the service, a record of that ban or suspension is retained.

• Website & App Activity

  Details collected by cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our sites or apps.

• Support Queries

  Details of support requests made through our apps or other communication channels, including records of any reported lost items.

• Fraud Prevention

  Where we reasonably suspect fraud, details of offences or alleged offences obtained from fraud detection and prevention agencies.
